Musgrave’s Frank and Honest coffee company launches digital loyalty app

Gourmet coffee company Frank and Honest, part of the Musgrave Group, has launched its new digital loyalty app which will replace the paper loyalty card available in SuperValu and Centra stores across Northern Ireland.

The move is a commitment from Musgrave NI to offer its customers more sustainable choices.

Customers can use the app to earn stamps with each purchase of a Frank and Honest coffee in their local SuperValu or Centra store, simply by scanning a barcode. After 10 stamps have been earned, a free coffee can be redeemed.

Welcoming the development, Desi Derby, Marketing Director for Musgrave NI, said: “At Musgrave, sustainability is embedded into every area of our business and brands, and we are committed to providing our customers with more sustainable choices every day.

“To date, our Frank and Honest brand has removed all plastic from its coffee capsules and uses fully compostable takeaway cups. In addition, our coffee blend is one hundred percent Rainforest Alliance Certified. The development of this loyalty app for our SuperValu and Centra customers, is the next natural step in ensuring our offering is even more sustainable for our customers.”

Caroline Rowan, Head of Retail Operations at Musgrave NI, added: “This is an exciting development for our Frank and Honest customers. Switching from a paper card to an app will not only bring important environmental benefits, but it will also make it easier for customers to earn their rewards by having the app to hand on their mobiles.”

The app is free to download now on Android and Apple App stores.  Paper cards can be completed and redeemed in SuperValu and Centra stores until December 31.
