Crucial awards deadline approaches

Your last chance to enter the biggest awards in the Irish convenience retail and forecourt industry is here.

The deadline to enter Ireland’s Forecourt & Convenience Retailer Awards is midnight on June 12, with organisers asking all hopefuls to act now to avoid disappointment.

The event takes place in the Clayton on Burlington Road, Dublin, on September 6, and will be a celebration of the best retailers across Ireland north and south.

Now in its 12th year, the event has been established as the litmus test of the industry, with independently judged awards going to the very best and biggest in the local sector.

Some 500 guests attended last year’s sensational event, which was hosted by exceptional broadcaster Grainne Seoige.

And speculation is already mounting about the identity of this year’s celebrity host who will MC this year’s glittering black-tie Gala dinner and awards ceremony.

Organised by the sector’s leading magazine, Ireland’s Forecourt & Convenience Retailer, this is a must-attend event for all retailers in the industry.

This year’s event will follow the Ireland’s Convenience Retailer Summit, taking place in the same venue during the morning and afternoon.

The Summit, which also includes a major retail conference and trade exhibition, is themed ‘The Future of Retail’, providing inspiration for the nation’s convenience retailers.
