Musgrave MarketPlace unveils €1.7 million upgrade of Galway branch

Musgrave MarketPlace, Ireland’s leading wholesale supplier to foodservice, retail and SMEs today officially unveiled its newly revamped Galway branch to customers on Wednesday night (24th July 2019).

The €1.7 million upgrade of the Galway branch is the latest step in a €12.6m investment plan which Musgrave MarketPlace has undertaken to transform each branch into state-of-the-art Food Emporiums and improve their environmental performance, reducing their carbon footprint.

Speaking at the unveiling of the new Galway branch, Noel Keeley, Managing Director, Musgrave Whole Sale Partners, said: “Today I am delighted to open our newly refurbished and revamped Galway branch. We have now upgraded seven branches to our Food Emporium format across Ireland, with Galway being the latest.

Guests enjoyed a tour of the upgraded Food Emporium as well as food and drink samples from Musgrave MarketPlace’s vast range of suppliers.
