Scally’s SuperValu Clonakilty has achieved certification for their butcher’s department under the Bord Bia Retail Butcher Assurance scheme. This Bord Bia approved scheme ensures that all meat for sale at the counter is fully traceable through every stage of the supply chain, reassuring the customer of the integrity of the product they purchase.
