Applegreen opens Ballinteer site with M&S Food range, expanding convenience retail as part of its €1bn growth strategy

Applegreen has unveiled a newly developed site in Ballinteer, now featuring a dedicated M&S Food offering and a full Applegreen convenience store, providing customers with a strong mix of quality food, convenience, and everyday essentials.

This latest opening marks another step forward in Applegreen’s ongoing expansion of its food and retail offering across Ireland, with a continued focus on delivering high-quality choice and a seamless customer experience for both local communities and commuters.

The Ballinteer opening forms part of Applegreen’s wider €1 billion growth strategy across Ireland, the UK, and the US over the next five years.

The company continues to invest significantly in its Irish operations while expanding its partnership with M&S Food.

M&S Food products are now available at 41 Applegreen locations nationwide, with plans to grow this to 60 sites in the medium term.

Applegreen operates almost 200 sites across Ireland and more than 430 globally.
