After six years of unprecedented growth, as a forward-thinking company Smooch has decided to change and contemporise their brand identity in reaction to consumer demand and a changing market place.
With over 160 Smooch sites nationwide, the brand refresh creates an exciting opportunity for further growth within the Irish market, and it creates a platform for international expansion.
While the brand is changing, the level of service and product quality remains the same.
In fact, Smooch’s focus over the past year is to drive the message home in retailer’s minds that they are more than just a products supplier. We look after the Smooch brand in every way possible. Servicing of machines, cleaning of machines, funding into marketing on a national level with focus on product innovation and brand standards being at the forefront.

Gelmatic in conjunction with Dairyglen has developed this service to allow Smooch to be able to access your machine quickly and easily from a remote location. This speeds up down time for your machine and allows Smooch’s engineers to solve the issue faster, sometimes simply over the phone.
The strategic goal is to be able to control and monitor the machine and reduce maintenance costs when compared to conventional management.
