High Court Fixes Date For CSNA V Minister For Health, Ireland, Attorney General Judicial Review.
CSNA is challenging the decision by Minister Stephen Donnelly to set initial and subsequent licensing fees for retailing tobacco products at €1,000 every year and a further €800 annually for those wishing to sell nicotine-inhaling products.
The High Court agreed that the case brought by the Association was urgent and needed to be heard and judgement given in advance of the mandated commencement of February 2027.
Justice Bolger fixed the Week commencing 17 November for the (probable) one day hearing, which will be heard at Sligo High Court.
