SHS Group Announces Key Leadership Appointments to Drive Growth and Innovation
SHS Group has announed announce the appointment of two key leaders who will play pivotal roles in driving the Group’s growth and enhancing its commercial success. Denis McCourt has been appointed Managing Director for Standard Brands and Stuart McCready has been appointed Commercial Director for SHS Sales & Marketing Ireland.
Denis McCourt – Managing Director, Standard Brands
Denis McCourt has taken the helm as Managing Director for Standard Brands, where he is steering the commercial growth agenda and developing the business’s commercial success. Denis brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role. His journey with Standard Brands began in 2001 and his progress through various roles including Commercial Accountant, Board Officer, Finance Director, and most recently Operations and Finance Director since 2010, showcases his profound understanding of production operations, finance and people development.

Stuart McCready – Commercial Director, SHS Ireland and International
Stuart McCready has been appointed as the new Commercial Director for SHS Sales & Marketing Ireland. In this role, Stuart will lead the team in driving growth for SHS brands and Brand Owners’ businesses, both in Ireland and internationally.
Stuart has a deep knowledge of both the Irish and international markets, having served as Sales Director for Standard Brands for three years and previously as Trading Controller for Ireland and the US. The Zip portfolio has a significant footprint in international markets such as France, Belgium, the USA and Canada, as well as the UK and Ireland. Stuart has demonstrated significant commercial success, working with key customers and distributors to grow both winter and summer seasonal ranges, develop new customer channels and significantly expand the Standard Brands business.
