Gala Retail launches ‘Live Chat’ customer service in convenience sector

Gala Retail has become the first retailer in the Irish convenience retailing sector to launch a Live Chat function on both its consumer and retailer websites.

Due to high levels of incoming traffic to the company has responded to demand with an instant messaging function in the form of ‘Live Chat’.
