Dunleer Centra Retailer making a difference to the planet

Eamonn Victory who runs a busy Centra in Dunleer, Co Louth is passionate about sustainability. Eamon decided to do something to off-set the carbon emissions created by his store. He partnered with Self Help Africa and together each month they are planting 10 Irish trees in Ireland and 122 African trees in South Africa. This costs Eamonn €54 per month.

“We are delighted with the response to the reduction of our carbon footprint, through the Self Help Africa plant a tree initiative. It’s a project that covers some much for so little,” says Eamonn Victory.

RGDATA has now partnered with Self Help Africa to assist other members who want to offset their carbon emissions by harnessing the potential of trees.
