Bord Bia’s Foodservice Seminar will take place at the Killashee Hotel, Naas on Wednesday 15th November from 8am – 1pm. A key calendar event for professionals within the Irish food industry, this year’s theme is Building Strength in Sustainability.

What’s happening

Findings from Bord Bia’s Foodservice Market Insights report will be published, which will quantify the size of the market by sector and will forecast 2024 developments. In addition to this, a multi-country consumer inflationary impact report will be shared which will highlight how cost of living challenges are affecting consumer behaviour regarding eating out of home. The foodservice market includes all food and drink consumed and prepared out of home incorporating restaurants, pubs, hotels, coffee shops, workplace catering, hospitals, education and vending.

In addition, the 300+ attendees will hear from a variety of perspectives including Technomic and Red-C, Positive Carbon, Just Eat, Hawksmoor, Notpla, Levy UK & Ireland among others (The full speaker line-up can be found here.) Domini Kemp, Euro-toques chef, food writer and entrepreneur will MC the event.
