Competition and Consumer Protection Commission publish new guidance documents for traders
The CCPC outlines all the legal responsibilities traders have to consumers when providing goods and services. The Consumer Rights Act introduced in November 2022 updated and strengthened consumer protection laws in Ireland. It is important for traders to understand their obligations under this legislation.
