VoCoVo appoints of Chief Customer Officer
Martin Smethurst appointed to lead VoCoVo’s customers’ success operations as company accelerates its expansion into new territories
VoCoVo, the retail communications specialist, has announced the appointment of Martin Smethurst as Chief Customer Officer. Martin brings a wealth of experience to the VoCoVo leadership team and will enable the company to further enhance its relationships with customers as it continues to support many of Europe’s largest retailers, as well accelerating its expansion into new territories, including North America.
In his role, Martin will lead a customer-centric approach that aligns with the company’s mission to enable global retail teams to harness the power of voice, creating truly connected store environments. Martin aims to build on VoCoVo’s exceptional growth record in recent years, ensuring that VoCoVo becomes an indispensable partner for successful retailers worldwide.

In a technology career that includes senior leadership roles at companies such as Oracle, Cisco and Diebold Nixdorf, Smethurst has successfully implemented technology solutions to the retail and hospitality sectors, boosting operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and improving business performance.
