Circle K has launched the ‘Little Thank Yous’ initiative, allowing customers to pay it forward by sending a gift to someone they feel deserves a thank you for their efforts to support the local community.
Customers can nominate up to five individuals to avail of a free beverage.
“The new initiative, ‘Little Thank Yous’ will allow its customers to avail of the opportunity to offer send a gift to someone who they feel deserves a thank you for their efforts to support their local community – whether it be a health professional, a teacher finding innovative ways to teach their students online, a restaurant or café owner who has donated food to a local cause, or a delivery driver who has worked tirelessly to make sure that communities have the essential items they need,” the forecourt retailer explained.
“We have seen, in these last few weeks, a new meaning to the saying that ‘not all superheroes wear capes’ – as there have been many people from different walks of life that have been going above and beyond to keep Ireland going,” said Gordon Lawlor, managing director of Circle K Ireland.
To get involved in ‘Little Thank Yous’, customers can personalise a message and share a gift link, which can be sent to up to five of their ‘heroes’. When the customer’s chosen ‘hero’ opens the link to redeem their gift, they will be provided with a list of beverages, which includes iced Simply Great Coffee, Circle K water, or Extremum energy drink.
