Suresite's advanced wetstock management system

Suresite has been appointed by Greenergy to provide wetstock management across its Esso Dealer network.

The long term arrangement is currently being rolled out and provides over 200 Esso Dealers with access to the UK’s most advanced real-time solution

It represents a major coup for a business that only launched its wetstock management service in late 2016.

“We are delighted to have secured this arrangement with Greenergy,” enthuses Keith Bevan, Suresite’s Sales and Marketing Director. “Greenergy is a forward thinking business that recognises the importance of providing its Dealers with the very best available solution for wetstock management. Esso Dealers are now able to create a bespoke service that best suits their business. In Suresite Live they have access to a system that monitors and reports in real-time all the time with no in-built delay. That immediacy could save a forecourt operator thousands of pounds.”

Easy to use and offering a transparent web-based reporting software, Suresite Wetstock can react immediately when a discrepancy is detected; the retailer is able to monitor Suresite’s actions to remedy any situation as it is happening. Alerts can be set centrally rather than being dependent upon tank gauge settings, giving users full control over trigger points for alerts. This also means that Esso Dealers can improve their operational performance by knowing in real time when pumps are dispensing and when they are not.

“Every Esso Dealer can now choose to have the peace of mind that their wetstock is being efficiently managed and that they are also strengthening operational and legal compliance procedures,” continues Bevan. “We believe that we have the most advanced system in the industry, yet with the lowest cost to install, with no replacement costs for any equipment throughout the life of a contract. Clearly Greenergy took that into account, alongside our industry knowledge and experience. They also knew that we had the capabilities of migrating a major forecourt network in a relatively short period of time, as we had previously successfully rolled out our card services to their entire Esso dealer network”.

The agreement strengthens the business relationship between the two companies. Suresite already provides Greenergy with Card Services and Health and Safety support, with their Health and Safety credentials extending 20 years within the UK forecourt sector.
